Mindfulness: paying attention to the present moment on purpose and without judgement.
In other words, whatever you’re doing, fully focus your attention on what is going on without any thoughts of criticising any aspect of it.
We run workshops in businesses and schools as well as online teaching busy people how to integrate mindfulness into their everyday lives.
Whilst there are meditation techniques we also emphasise being mindful whatever you’re doing whether it is driving, playing a sport, listening to music or enjoying a walk in the park. In our training sessions, you will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday living, allowing you to truly enjoy the moment.
As part of this training, as well as mindfulness meditation, you will experience Mindful Motion, a blend of tai chi, yoga and meditation to help you to be more present and beat stress.
