How to practice Mindfulness with everyday objects

One of the things that I’m keen to get across is that Mindfulness isn’t just about sitting cross-legged in complete silence on a comfy cushion, incense burning, observing your thoughts etc. It is about being able to apply the principles of Mindfulness in the real world to improve your life and how you interact with the world around you.
